If this is your first time attending a class at Avondale Kung Fu & Tai Chi, please arrive at 6:45 PM on March 7th to fill out paperwork and get settled in.

Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing & close-toed shoes
Equipment: Bring two yoga/Pilates blocks & a strap (if you have them). If not, you can borrow them from us!
